As the United Nations Resident Coordinator and UNDP Resident Representative in Uganda, Rosa Malango is a change manager and an effective leader with diverse experience in international affairs within and outside the United Nations.
Rosa seeks to redefine and improve relationships between citizens and states in emerging economies and the “global system” hosted by the United Nations. She studied in the United States, Spain, and Nigeria and communicates effectively in English, Spanish, Portuguese, and French.
Rosa will play a critical role in story development, preproduction and production efforts in the creation of About Face. Her network, inside and outside of the United Nations, and with member states will open doors for the producers to find and follow up with the women who risk their lives and reputations on behalf of vulnerable communities.
